if a chimpanzee can be considered as a "person", what are we qualified as?melly is sad. i'm sad. sec4s are going in halfyear's time.
but i shan't be worried. gonna enjoy my time with the seniors as much as i can. especially sherrie! and melissa! anansi boys! melissa told me about that and i went to borrow it. it's the upper sec reading list i think. AND IT'S SO SIMPLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND! it's humouring and also very interesting.
if you like anansi boys and neil gaiman's series. you should try rick riordon's percy jackson. it's really interesting except simpler. it's greek mythology and if you learnt greek mythology before it makes perfect sense. and it's sooo clever.
I THINK I KNOW WHY THEY PUT IT IN THE UPPER SEC READING LIST. haha, cos it has
very very mild sexual content. hahhaa! but it's really mild, and they don't know what we're reading nowadays! like denise's "she went all the way" [by cabot] it has like what? 2 chapters on *ahem*. 2
whole chapters. haa. and cabot's "queen of babble" has 1 chapter. PICOULT's! "tenth circle" had small parts. picoults "NINETEEN MINUTES!" have one
whole chapter on it.
"the time traveller's wife" [which is BRILLIANT] have MANY parts.
like seriously, what do they think we are? what kind of era are we living in now?it's an upside-down world. where people don't exactly understand.
